EmPoWER Somerset is a non-profit prevention agency, located in Somerville, NJ. Currently, we are looking for a spokesperson , between the ages of 18-25, to be the voice of SIPSNATION.com!

  • Create a 30 second video of yourself telling us: your FIRST name / age, and why you want to be the voice of SIPSNATION.com. Be sure to attach your video and include your name, age, phone number, and mailing address in your email!   • Or, attend the following community events, where you can try out to be the voice of SIPSNATION.com in person by participating in a recorded audition.

Community Events:
August 14, 2010: SIPS NIGHT at TD Ballpark, home of the Somerset Patriots. Auditions will be held between 7:00pm-9:00pm in front of the main entrance.

How Long Will This Contest Run?
August 14, 2010 – September 20, 2010 at 4:00pm

How Will The Winner Be Determined?
EmPoWER Somerset will select their top five finalists’ videos, which will then be displayed on mycentraljersey.com. The public will then be invited to vote on their favorite video, to help determine the winner!

By submitting your video online you are agreeing to the following rules:

  • You are between the ages of 18-25, and have no criminal background. Your video does not exceed 30 seconds in length.
  • You respect copyright. You are only uploading a video that YOU made and you do not violate the intellectual property rights of anyone else!
  • Your video does not include anything that is threatening or offensive.
  • You understand that if your video is picked by EmPoWER Somerset as a top five contestant, the public will be able to view your video online. Therefore, you should NOT reveal anything personal, like your last name, address, email address, or anything else that could be reasonably used to identity you in your video.
  • EmPoWER Somerset reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who does not comply with any/all of the above rules.
  • You give EmPoWER the right to put your video online and that anything you don’t want online should not be in the video. We are not going to edit it.
